Please raise your concern within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received damaged or wrong product. We will process the return or replacement accordingly.
After receiving your query, we need 2 working days to review your Return/Replacement request.
Once our team reviews your return request, our courier partner will pick up the delivered product. In case reverse pick up service is not available at your location in that case customer has to visit nearby ERD store (Kindly check store on store locator).
After we receive the product, product will be reviewed against the claim initiated. Also, product replacement is depending on stock availability, but if we are out of stock then money will be refunded to your account.
How return and refund processed?
Once we receive requests by returning the product, a pickup will be arranged for that and our courier partners will pick up the product within 78 business days. The product will be brought back to our warehouse where our quality control team checks the quality and the issue. Once a quality team gives the green signal, a refund is initiated.
Also, if the product is damaged or not working then as per customer request money will be refunded to the same account which may take 7-8 working days to reflect on your account.

How refund of my cancelled or returned product will be received?
For Cash on Delivery orders, customer will be required to share bank details where they would like to receive the refund. In prepaid orders, money will be returned to the same bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days.
By when the refund of a cancelled order/ returned order money reflects to the account?
The refund will be processed within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In return, we will refund the money oncethe product is received to our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, the entire process will take 2 weeks after the return has is picked up from your location.
